Patrice Dodd got her first IWS, Cooper, in 2008. She has competed in scent work since 2018, and with her third IWS, Carlin, has achieved the Scent Work Detective title, currently the highest level of achievement in AKC. She is also as an AKC Scent Work judge. The IWSCA has awarded the #1 IWS Scent Work trophy to Carlin three times.
